Worldwide Delivery

We ship worldwide from Switzerland using DHL Standard Shipping.

Estimated delivery times are approximately 4–10 business days, excluding weekends, public holidays, customs clearance, and unforeseen courier delays.

Order Preparation & Shipping

Our delivery process is divided into two stages: Order Preparation and Shipment Delivery.

Order Preparation Time

In Stock Products

Items available in our warehouse are generally prepared and dispatched within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.

Pre-Order & Limited Edition Pieces

Certain products may be produced or assembled on demand. In these cases, preparation may require up to 30 business days before shipment.

Order Confirmation & Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your DHL tracking number to monitor your shipment in real time.

Please ensure that all shipping and contact information entered at checkout is accurate to avoid delays or failed deliveries.
